Tiger Lilly has not once failed to deliver beautiful, perfect flowers and arrangements to my precious Mom. I can count on them every time to be timely, responsive, helpful, kind, and create a beautiful product. I now ONLY get my flowers from Tiger Lilly. I made the mistake once of going a different direction and Tiger Lilly bailed me out. I have confidence in their business and their customer service and their quality work. I was in emergency crisis when I went in Slade and Kristen saved the day. I needed an arrangement for a funeral at 1pm it's 11am, these two were the only one's who would get it done. It was beautiful. I cannot thank you two enough, you are angels.

I found Tiger Lily online because I wanted to use a local florist. Unfortunately, the arrangement they delivered looked completely different than what I ordered. I was aware that there may be substitutions, but I was not aware that they would deliver a completely different arrangement and of a lesser value. I called to inquire and was told that “it was the best they could do the day before Christmas.” Generously giving 2 stars because they delivered same day. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from here again.
